Will Construction, LLC The preferred custom builder for Durango, Bayfield, Purgatory, and all of Southwest CO. We are proud of the fact that we have never built the same house twice.

We build new custom homes, remodels, additions, foundations, and light commercial work. We build conventional framed homes, log homes, mountain cabins, and southwest style homes. Typically we are involved with the entire process from design through completion. While we are happy to work with many local Architects and designers, we are also proud to be able to offer in house design services to our

clients. By allowing us to be part of the design team as well as the builder, we are better able to control costs up front by eliminating many potential problems before construction even begins. At Will Construction, we believe that home building should be an enjoyable process for everyone involved, especially our clients. In order to provide our clients with the level of service and individual attention we feel they deserve, we are careful not to take on too much work. Typically we will build no more than two or three houses at the same time. This allows our owner, Kurt Will, to be personally involved and on the job site almost every day. Even when not on the site, Kurt is never far away. Communication is a vital part of the process and we use every resource and technology available to us. Through the use of digital pictures and e-mail, even our out of town clients feel like they are here. Kurt believes that this kind of attention is necessary in order to provide the high level of service and quality work our customers deserve.

Kevin is our leader on the job & as you can see, our client is having a great time as well! They had to try out the new shower bench in what will be a steam shower.
We have the best employees & the best clients. I can’t imagine doing anything else!
