Cutting steel in a shop specifically, has evolved to plasma, water jet and laser, theses days.
Truth be told, never rule out old fashion oxygen / acetylene cutting.
Sometimes you have to cut steel 1" to 2" thick. And you are not dragging a water jet machine or cnc laser out in the field. Most plasma cutters wont cut that thick of material either and need clean power to use anyway.

Somewhere across the pond, there is a guy in flip flops outworking you all 🤣
