Our team completed a full system rebuild, including:

✔️ Installing all required boiler trim and low water cutoff devices
✔️ Wiring and calibrating the operating controls
✔️ Performing a full burner combustion setup for safe, efficient performance
✔️ Skimming the boiler to remove residual oils and ensure stable water levels

With extreme cold impacting our area, we were recently called to a building that had completely lost heat due to sub-freezing conditions placing heavy strain on their VRF system. ❄️

Cold weather can push VRF equipment beyond normal operating limits, especially compressors and other critical components. Frost buildup, extended defrost cycles, and poor oil return can quickly turn a cold snap into a full no-heat emergency. Proper low-ambient setup and proactive preventive maintenance are essential to keeping your building operational when temperatures drop the most. 🔧🏢🔥
