Ribbon cutting for the recently completed Port Arthur Health Department. Another great project with the City of Port Arthur and Sigma Engineers.

Staff members moved into the City of Port Arthur Health Department Complex on Jan. 29. The facility fully opened on Monday with a ready to roll mandate. What a great night! Thank you to the more than 200 Anahuac area residents who celebrated the ribbon cutting and dedication of the new Jim Silva Sports Complex in Fort Anahuac Park.

This wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing team: Mike Gafford who managed the project, Kirk Sherman - Parks Director and his crews who prepped for the event, the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard for raising the flags and Samantha Humphrey and Lauren Van Deventer for coordinating this event.
