Our CNC punch has the capability to perforate many different hole and size configurations dependent upon the application. Here is a gas drier internal tray that we perforated and fabricated for a chemical plant here in TX. We can perforate up to a 1/4" thick material. Reactor internals are designed to meet open area, design temperature, catalyst load and differential pressure specifications. Inlet diffusers break down the velocity of the two phase mixture before it reaches the distribution tray. Outlet collectors insure even flow distribution in the bottom bed to achieve optimal catalyst utilization and prevents catalyst migration.
