We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/HR professional.
This is a full-time position.

Requirements
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software.
Reconcile balance sheets and general ledgers regularly.
Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Support HR functions including employee record management.
Process payroll and prepare payroll tax returns.
Qualifications
3-5 years of administrative experience or financial support roles and/ or associate degree in accounting.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle payroll and tax-related tasks.
Effective communication skills for HR responsibilities.
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Knowledge of HR practices is a plus.
