Little PSA. I am going to be switching gears a little here. It’s getting harder and harder to find solid employees that even want to do the work that we typically do. Everything that you’ve seen posted so far this season I have done 100% by myself except concrete pour days. I am going to be super selective of projects that I bid, and really going to focus on a lot of machine work/truck work. If I tell you I don’t want to bid your project, I am not too good to take your money and work, I literally don’t have a crew to help me handle it anymore. I have had a couple people seem to take offense that I didn’t want to bid their project after a brief I can’t handle it right now conversation. Things may change in future.
But for time being, it’s definitely going to be a focus on trucking and machine work. I truly thank everyone for the years of customers, multiple time repeat customers, customers that can call me a friend, and I them a friend. I am still here, plugging along, not going anywhere, just a change of typical projects.

Glad I got the topsoil in yesterday before all the rain. Cleaned up, topsoil, and hyrdroseeded. On to the next one.
