✅ Main Bathroom Tub Replacement
Removed the old metal tub and three courses of tile, repaired the drain, installed a new bathtub with overflow and drain kit, then retiled everything back in. Fresh, clean, and ready for the next tenant.

✅ Bedroom Closet Door Installation
Measured, trimmed to fit, routed hinge and k**b locations, installed, and repainted where needed for a finished look.
