Storm damage took out this garage and foundation. So we demolished it and rebuild bigger and better.

Huge oak tree limbs took out the roof structure on this garage, damaged the foundation and concrete slab. We were able to negotiate with the insurance company to demo the old garage and foundation then # # # a bigger better garage in its place.

 Here’s a job we completed where the home at some point might’ve flooded or the subfloor deteriorated underneath the hardwood floor so we demoed everything down to the joist treated and replaced a few joist. Installed new 3/4” sheeting, v***r barrier, vinyl plank flooring, base and paint.

We just finished up a great project. It included a 14 x 24 master suite addition on a deep conditioned crawlspace, with a wrap around deck. The building included a new 150 amp service, lift station, drain field, split HVAC system, spray foam insulation and heated floors.
Remodeling of the existing structure was demolition of a few walls, windows, roofing, flooring, and sub floors.
Installation included new roofing, extra floor joist, subfloor, tile in common areas, carpet in bedrooms, some drywall, trim, and paint.
