Welcome Liam Sheff to Equilibrium!

We’re excited to officially welcome Liam Sheff, E.I. to the Equilibrium team as our newest Structural Designer!

Liam graduated from Montana State University in May with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he took the summer to spend time with family and friends in Maine, where he grew up, and traveled to Italy before making his way to Equilibrium.

With a love for the outdoors, Liam enjoys skiing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, golf, and even a little GeoGuessr. When he’s not working, you’ll most likely find him outside.

As he starts his career at Equilibrium, Liam is most excited to get to know the team and put his structural engineering skills toward work that gives back to the community in a tangible, meaningful way.

Not your typical meeting attire.

Leif spent the morning volunteering as a diver, helping clean and maintain a water habitat, then headed straight into a meeting… wetsuit and all.

It’s a good reminder that our work doesn’t always happen behind a desk. Sometimes it means getting hands-on, supporting the spaces we help create, and staying connected to the environments and communities we design for.

From the water to the meeting table, same mission.
