We are excited to announce that Modern Machinery has been awarded two new Acoustic Material Sheeting Systems by a long-term Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in acoustic and thermal management solutions.

These custom-engineered systems will process rolled acoustic materials into precision-cut blanks for use in downstream compression molding operations. Designed for efficiency and consistency, Modern's Sheeting Systems automatically unwind material from rolls, index to programmable lengths, trim the material into finished blanks, and create uniform stacks ready for production.

Our sheeting systems can be tailored to accommodate a wide range of material sizes and applications. In many automotive environments, we process acoustic and carpet materials ranging from 60" to 80" wide and up to 120" long. Systems can also be integrated with material handling carts and other automation solutions to streamline workflow throughout the facility.

What makes this award especially meaningful is the relationship behind it.
