WE CAN HELP YOU AGE IN PLACE!
I was approached by this customer in Hillsboro, OR to build a main level addition onto the back of their house to create a new master bedroom and bathroom. The main request was accessibility. A spacious bedroom and bathroom was built that featured a zero threshold shower with a large frameless glass door entrance. A drop in tub with tile surround that flowed into the shower and throughout the entire bathroom. Heated floor, two sink vanity, linen closet, and walk in closet. Special thanks to the wonderful homeowners and and BL Tile.

NE Portland remodel of a 1920’s craftsmen home. New expanded kitchen(into adjacent bedroom), new laundry room addition, and a conversion of an unfinished basement to create a new bathroom, office and family room. The kitchen and laundry room feature white oak custom cabinets with honed quartz tops. Slate flooring for the laundry room and white oak hardwood flooring for the kitchen and main floor.

Hollywood District Remodel:
This remodel started in the basement. We installed a new steel beam to open up the basement level to create a new family room, bedroom, and bathroom. On the main floor another steel beam had to be installed to expand the kitchen into an existing bedroom.
