WF Meyers is Hiring a Press Operator – Take Ownership and Make an Impact

Join WF Meyers and become the go-to expert in our segment production area. You’ll be trusted with cutting edge equipment to produce high-precision diamond segments. You’ll become our expert on highly specialized equipment – including a machine that’s one of only 28 in production worldwide! This isn’t a “just push the button” role. You’ll work directly with engineering and management to develop custom solutions and play a critical part in growing our business.

We’re a small but growing company, and we’re looking for someone who:

• Has a sharp eye for detail and consistent quality

• Wants to take ownership, not just instructions

• Takes pride in doing things right

• Can collaborate with a team but likes to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage: $22.25/hr with guaranteed raises over the next 2 years

• Clear path to top of the pay scale in under 6 years (currently $29.65, also increases annually)
