➡️This is an injection mold with a hydraulic unscrewing core. ➡️Threaded core not only has to unscrew, it must also move the core out.
➡️This is done with a precision nut at the opposite end of the threaded core.🇺🇸👍🏻

This is an injection mold for a one piece Impeller. No welding or other type of assembly. We also cast a 8-32 internal thread in the center with an auto unscrewing mechanism. 👍🏻🇺🇸

🎉2022 marks the 40th year of Toth Mold/Die Inc. being in business. It is also is my 46th year of being a Mold Maker/Molder.
I have been working with my twin brother Tom for 46 years…can’t believe it has been that long‼️ God willing, I plan on doing it for many more years.
When people get older, they retire to go do a hobby and enjoy life. No need for me to retire! I am already doing my hobby and still enjoy being a Mold Maker/Molder!😎👍🏻🇺🇸

✅Attempting to injection mold a helical gear.
👉🏻This gear is .450/in. dia. x .375/in. thick.
👉🏻No gate is permissible on teeth or outside dia.
👉🏻Ejecting the part is tricky due do the helix angle.
👉🏻This is a very tight tolerance part made from a PPS material. 👍🏻🇺🇸

➡️This is an overmolded filter.

➡️The piece of filter on the right is placed in an injection mold and overmolded with a TPE thermoplastic.

➡️The difficulty with this is the precise shut off on the filter material so it is not cut or have material leak into the filter material.
