Mobile-home owners: an outdoor above-ground shelter can be an excellent solution when installing a shelter inside the home simply isn’t practical. Several of the shelters pictured here were installed right outside mobile homes, keeping protection only a few steps away.

And your MightySafe shelter doesn’t necessarily have to stay behind if you move. Our shelters can be relocated, and we can move and reinstall your shelter at your new location.

A little outside our normal Tornado Shelter posts, but I wanted to share a local business opportunity in El Paso, Arkansas.

Commercial Ice Machine Location Available – El Paso, Arkansas

We have an established ice-vending location available at the intersection of Highways 64 & 5 in El Paso. The current tenant is transitioning his equipment out, and the existing infrastructure will remain in place for another commercial ice machine.
The site already has water and 3-phase electric, so a new operator can get set up without starting from scratch.
This is a high-visibility location with strong Highway 64 traffic and heavy Highway 5 lake and recreational traffic, especially on weekends and holidays.
I would prefer to lease the location to someone who wants to own and operate the ice machine, although I intend to keep ice vending available at this location one way or another.

How incredible is this?!? Severe storms producing winds of up to 131 mph ripped through parts of South Dakota early this morning. In the town of Highmore, South Dakota the winds damaged the roof of a Catholic Church. At sunrise, the result was this stunning effect of the outside light illuminating the crucifix inside.
