Another maintenance free deck project we just finished. We added a 6 foot extension to existing deck and raised the stair landing flush with the deck and added 4 feet to it to create a grilling area. We also added more stair stringers to beef up the stairs and poured a concrete landing pad for them to sit on, so they don't sink in time. We also wrapped the bottom posts in L.P smart board trim. Existing deck didn't have enough support and customer was tired of scraping and painting every couple of years. We removed Existing deck and added extra support and rebuilt framing. Then we added a Trex decking system (color Foggy Wharf) and Trex railing system. to give it a modern look and most importantly no more maintenance involved. We fixed up a damaged deck today. We re decked and added supports to this deck and new top railings, fixed a set of stairs, and rebuilt a small landing. we finished this project in 1 day and saved the Customer ALOT of money repairing this deck. We got rid of the pine Golden arches and brought this home into 2025. We installed new aluminum soffit , fascia, and new 5" guttering system with Bulldog leaf protection system. We wrapped the posts with L.P. Smart trim boards and made this porch maintenance free. We love the way this one turned out, but most importantly...

Siding Job we just finished. Replaced the white aluminum soffit, fascia and gutters with Black. Removed white aluminum siding and replaced 4 rotten sections with new wood, then installed a Double 5 inch White Vinyl Dutch Lap siding. We added 6 inch black L.P. Smart trim to corners, to break it up a little and give it more curbside appeal.

Game changer! Pulled down some prehistoric self flashed galvanized gutters. Changed out almost all of the wood corners on fascia. Installed new white soffit with black fascia and gutters.
