Probably the last R410A installation we will do. After the recent refrigerant ban, we will be installing R454B equipment from now on. Also keep in mind that the AHRI tax credit will be set to an end as of December 31st 2025. This act was in place to help home owners pay for energy efficient systems, it covers up to 2000 dollars of the project cost. By giving your tax professional one simple number provided by us after completion any mini split install can save you up to 2k on a new system.

The systems we install are made by Bosch.
They have an efficiency rating between 20-30 seer (incredibly efficient)
With low ambient heating capabilities down to -13 or -22.
We install one zone systems, or up to six depending on your needs.

Merry Christmas everyone, just wanted to make a post and thank all of the amazing people I have been blessed to work for this year! Also wanted to give some insights into the hvac world as for what to expect in 2025. As of January 1st 2025 R410A equipment will no longer be manufactured. With the updated A2l Refrigerant being new and mildly flammable this will cause manufacturing prices go up especially in air conditioning. If you’re looking to save a few bucks I recommend getting 410a equipment installed while it is still in stock. God bless you all and your families!

Upgraded this mobile home, not only in efficiency but in the aspect of better installed equipment. Most stock mobile home AC’s have a “pre charged” line set. This means the copper lines have 4 o-ring connections. 2 at the condenser outside and 2 at the evaporator coil inside. This makes them more prone for leaks in many ways. When we upgrade a mobile home ac, we always use braze connections and or Rls press to eliminate as many factors that may be a future leak. We also perform an actual startup to adjust the superheat or subcooling to maximize efficiency, functionality, and reliability. These are just a few of the many benefits of having an hvac person install your equipment. If you’re ever in the market for a new mobile home, tell them to leave it without ac and get a discount, then hire an actual hvac person to install an air conditioner that will last awhile or at least have the best odds and most potential. More times than not I’ve seen that they will either have a non experienced person install the equipment, or hire the cheapest contractor available. If that’s the case it always ends up being a waste of money when it could have just done it right from the start.

Happy spring everyone! The weather has been very mild lately! You’ll notice the heating or cooling systems in your home are working less! This is great for saving money on energy costs, although it may be harder to notice underlying problems during these periods. For example; blower wheels, the lungs of the furnace. After time, the blower wheel in your home may develop dust or debris buildup from circulating air inside the home. Pet hair and dust is very common to accumulate on the blades of the blower wheel, many times this will also collect on the heat exchanger, furthermore reducing airflow. As little as 1/10th of an inch of dust buildup may reduce efficiency by 20%. Not only will this increase your energy bill; it will increase the heat exchanger temp, cycles per hour, total system run time, and increased wear and tear on all other components. It will also reduce the efficiency of the air conditioner by reducing the amount of heat absorption and decreasing the coil temp which may lead to a freeze up. This is one of the many issues that we are able to diagnose and address just by scheduling a simple service call with us. We can make your home more comfortable, save you money, and increase the reliability of the equipment in your home. A simple service with us usually starts with a preventative maintenance, we go through and clean, test, measure, level, or adjust components if needed to eliminate common issues that may cause a breakdown in the future. After this we look at things like equipment sizing, cfm, ductwork, static pressure, filter ratings, temperatures and other miscellaneous factors that may be problematic. 5 ton heat pump change out. We removed the burnt out 13 seer heat pump and replaced it with a 19 seer Bosch heat pump with inverter technology. The outdoor unit is Bluetooth capable and will connect to your smart phone to view the system status!

It has been a great first year in business! Met lots of amazing people. Many memories crawling around in spider infested crawl spaces, and attics that reached 125 degrees by the end of the day. Oh, and can’t forget all of the cute pets that I get to meet.
