With the outbreak of COVID-19 our company has decided to offer special pricing on General Maintenance of your air conditioning units (Split system or package unit).
This package includes the following:
- Clean indoor coil in place (to assist in killing potential mold growth)
- Vacuum and flush drain pan and drain line
- Clean outdoor condensing coil
- Check all electrical voltage and amperage to working components
- Confirm proper pressures for refrigerant used for your unit
This maintenance will take an hour to an hour and a half.

Condensers need to breathe just like us.
There should be at least 24 inches around the outdoor unit, for proper air flow. Not only does this cost you energy but also takes cooling away from you and will create problems that can become costly.

This past week has been a wet one for many of us here in south Florida. One of my concerns it the possibility of brown outs and power surges. this is an on going issue especially in the Glades and southern Fl. With these surges comes the great possibility of damage to one of the electrical components in the condenser (out door unit) This could be any thing a blown capacitor or perhaps even the fan motor, my biggest fear is the actual damage it can cause to the compressor. After doing a lot of research on protection for these components and talking with several companies i found a surge protector with a 2 year warranty and will cover damage not covered by your insurance up $25,000. I will be offering this product with in the next week total cost to you is $150.00 installed. please feel free to call and schedule an install call for this product.
