When this client reached out earlier in the year for a bathroom remodel but decided to do it in phases so it’s more budget friendly we said sure! This phase was updating the vanity countertop, sink, and faucet. We can’t wait for the next few phases.

We had the pleasure to help this repeat client fix their shed roof after some storm and tree damage. We removed all the old metal and broken trusses before repairing and replacing with all new metal. Made some quick work in the heat and left with a pretty gnarly sunburn from the reflective wrap and metal. Got to love being a ginger some days 😅🤷🏽‍♂️

Happy National Teacher Day!

I want to give a huge shout out to my favorite teacher my wife, Kelsey!

Not only does she do an amazing job here behind the scenes for Middle Brother Contracting and for our family, but she helps her students grow their minds for the future. She patiently tailors lessons to each of her students needs every single day. Her passion for those students extends beyond the classroom into extra curricular activities like sports and choir programs. Kelsey brings her mother-like caring to those that are having a tough time.

She's the best person I know and love.

We received a call about a Frat house shower room with leaking shower bases, corroded shower heads, and valves with multiple issues. During ONU's spring break, our crew got in and went to work. We ripped out all the old walls to reveal more damage than what was initially seen. Rusted out base flanges and leaking valves! After removing everything and drying it out, we swapped the old valves for new. Once confirmed they held pressure, we moved on to the new base installation and then the old wall sections. Unfortunately a day after completion we were notified of a leak. We made sure to get back up there the next day to find a solder joint had failed 5 days ,later. After making sure that was repaired and held pressure, we reinstalled the wall panels. 100% repaired and working correctly and on schedule!
