To all my customers that became friends and friends that became family, I’d like to take a moment to share with you that I have made the decision to close KCB Exteriors LLC. I accepted an offer as a Project Manager for a well established construction company. I have scheduled the last of my current work load but unfortunately at this time I am not accepting any new work. I would like to thank each and everyone one of you for allowing me to complete your projects. It is my hope that I have been able to make a lasting positive impact on you as well and the communities in which we live. If there is ever anything you need, construction or not, my line is always open. Please feel free to give me a call.

A screen porch project I just finished. I stripped this porch to the framing and replaced all the posts, beams, roof sheathing, roofing material, compound flashing, soffit, trim coil and a gutter with down spout. I also installed railing posts with custom flashing and white vinyl railings with black aluminum spindles. All the beams are wrapped in Versatex pvc trim board, and the ceiling is finished with pine tongue and groove beadboard treated with a clear waterproof lacquer. I also wired in 2 lights and install screen panels from Atlantic Aluminum

The latest project I just completed. I demoed a set of concrete steps and walk way to install a patio with a fire pit and a floating deck. The deck features Trex pebble gray decking with Trex Wi******er gray picture frame, white pvc fascia and lights on the stairs and fascia.

We helped a home owner complete a kitchen renovation they started but were uncomfortable finishing. They wanted to open up their kitchen so we widened a door way and added a multi level custom bar and counter to provide more space and create an open feeling. Our kitchen project is nearly complete. For this project we knocked down a wall, stripped it to studs and rerouted the plumbing and electrical to combine 3 rooms into a spacious kitchen and dining nook. The kitchen features custom built in cabinets and island with butcher block countertops, new stainless steel appliances, an over sized farmhouse sink,recessed lights, penant lights, crown moulding, backsplash and new flooring. The nook was finished with shiplap walls and a large farm house chandelier.
