Employee ownership is about more than owning a piece of the company. It’s about taking ownership of the impact we can make together. 💙

On October 1, Restek employee-owners joined volunteers across Centre County for the United Way Day of Caring. Our team spent the day at a Strawberry Fields residential home, helping with fall cleanup, mulching, trimming, cleaning gutters, and staining the back deck.

As we celebrate Employee Ownership Month, it’s a great reminder of what ownership can look like in action: showing up, pitching in, and working together to make a difference for the people and communities around us. Thank you to our volunteers for living We Care and Win Together!

A huge thank you to Skytop Mountain Golf Club for hosting the annual Restek Family Golf Tournament and to Moxmoe Pictures Famous Sandwiches for the tasty lunch. With the gorgeous views and autumn colors, the mountains of central Pennsylvania are a perfect place for team building – and fundraising for American Cancer Society Relay For Life.

We're proud to support The Mayfly Project's new State College chapter! TMP State College mentors youth in foster care and teaches them to fly fish, helping kids build confidence, find healing, and connect to their local waters. The program runs five outings where kids learn about fly fishing and caring for the environment — and on the final day, they're outfitted with gear to keep pursuing the sport on their own.

With over 200 kids in foster care in the counties surrounding Restek headquarters, this is a chance to make a real difference in our own community. This week we gathered for our annual Ice Cream Social, hosted by our employee-owner Recognition Team. Colleagues took a break to enjoy Penn State Creamery ice cream, catch up with coworkers, and celebrate the first days of summer.
