We are now in the "dog days" of summer! To stay cool in our homes It's important that our air conditioning units run as cool as possible outside! Make sure your unit not obstructed with weeds or debris and that the coil is clean. This unit ran so hot it quit and cost several hundred dollars to repair it!
P.S. I charge extra for excavating and landscaping! LOL!

IT IS COLD!!!! It's 5 below zero!! You have no heat! Contractor tells you it will be 3 days to get the part. If we can not get the part the same day we make sure our customers have heat!

Just recently finished a project in a 100 year old house in downtown Belleville. Home had a 50 year old boiler providing the heat and no central air conditioning. The boiler was removed and 2 high effiency American Standard systems were installed including all new duct work. Installing new high efficiency HVAC systems in existing homes is our specialty.
