American Dream Home Group proudly presents the second phase of the Sunnyside Gardens project. 17 homes out of 17 will be officially handed over on June 30 2021.

Our project is one of the three biggest developments in the City of Monroe. Monroe is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located at the confluence of the Skykomish, Snohomish, and Snoqualmie rivers in the Cascade foothills, about 30 miles northeast of Seattle. In addition, Monroe is just 30-minute-away from the big corporate cities, such as: Woodinville, Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue.

After the great support coming from 1st phase homebuyers back in November 2020, the sales prices in 2nd phase have escalated quickly to the mid 400K level - an average increase of $30,000 over the intended listing prices. What an astonishingly hot market that all of us are witnessing right now.

On the first day of 2021, American Dream Home Group sincerely wishes everyone a healthy, wealthy, successful year.

2020 was such an unprecedented year that the whole world suffered the Covid-19 pandemic. A lot of sad news happened. A lot of hardships burdened on our economy. A lot of businesses shut down.

As an annual habit, American Dream Home Group usually sets goals as well as targets to strive the company better.

However, for the first time in 2021, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank-you toward all of the employees/contractors who have been with us for the past year. We would like to show a huge appreciation toward all the home buyers who have followed and supported us for the past year. We would like to express our deep gratitude toward the Washington Real Estate Market which provides such a great demand and helps our business survive through the pandemic.

Sunnyside Gardens, after 1 year, has changed so much. This video will capture a comprehensive view of the community as of October 2020. First phase 13 townhome is going to be on the market soon for our buyers. Second phase 17 home is in the framing stage. Most of the development structures are complete too. It is an incredible transformation within a year.
