Our Project

We plan to initially drill two wells and then expand to multiple wells within the coming ten year period. The highlights of this project include the following:

• Use of our proprietary and eco-friendly drilling and production technologies

• These technologies have already been approved by the Federal, State and Municipal permitting agencies in 2007-2008. Bob Fowler received the hist

orical first-ever cbm drilling permits in the Cook Inlet Basin.

• The support of the local environment and planning organizations.

• Sophisticated multi-seam and multi-lateral wells designs that produce high daily volumes of gas

• Location of the wells in close proximity to the major transmission lines.

• The transmission lines are common carrier lines

• The demand is huge because the supply of conventional natural gas is forecast by the State and the natural gas industry to be virtually depleted by 2016.

• There is an export market for any natural gas that we produce in excess of the local demand.

• No one can compete with us on price since we can extract the gas at a lower cost than conventional gas, even if any new pools are discovered, and imported gas from the North Slope.

• Our interests are aligned with those of the major energy corporations who want to export their gas via a projected pipeline running from the North Slope to the Conoco Phillips LNG Export Facility located in the Cook Inlet Basin. Thus, since we would be supplying the local demand these large energy companies do not have to divert any gas to the local market, as required by law if a shortage develops, and are free to export to Asia at much higher prices.

This file photo shows the liquefied natural gas plant in Nikiski operated by ConocoPhillips. The plant was closed down in 2012 after the company license to export LNG expired and local utilities faced potential gas shortages. Now that utilities have contracts through 2018 with Hilcorp Energy, the St...
