We are running oyster shells through our 6x10 jaw crusher today. The goal is to crush the shells and free up the rope inside so it can be easily handpicked out of the final product. Let us fire it up and see the results.

Tuning the splitter for maximum recovery. The number 3 middlings are looking great and holding a huge amount of copper. By adjusting the split, we kept copper out of the number 4 tailings bucket, which is now almost entirely fiberglass and plastic waste with less than half a percent of copper loss.

Take a look at the internal components of our hammer mill.To ensure our crushers handle quartz and granite long term we use 20 high chrome iron hammers.

These are specifically chosen for their abrasion resistant properties. The design uses four rows of five hammers that rotate over a 180 degree screen.

The material stays in the crushing chamber until it is small enough to pass through the slots in the screen. This ensures you get a consistent product for your customers every single time.
