Customer feedback is everything to us at Marr’s 
 
A customer with a beautiful 1940’s custom home had us back for the 4th project. This time to completely revamp their heating and cooling system. Removing the furnace we installed back in the early 90’s, we were happy to update their comfort system with a state of the art Mitsubishi Hyper Heat, Heat Pump and Air Handler. Included with some custom ductwork to tie into the homes original steel ductwork. We also added a Dehumidifier to dial in the moisture level of the air year round.
 
We look forward to maintaining this system for years to come with the customers Marr’s Advantage Plan membership.

Our Indoor Air Quality technicians take care of all the dust, debris, pet hair, dandruff, insects and dirt circulating throughout your home with a thorough Duct Cleaning. You will be shocked at the amount of stuff we pull out of the duct system that you breathe in every day. If you really want to level up your HVAC efficiency, also get an Aerosol Duct Sealing. By sealing all the imperfections that leak air, you will feel confident that the dollars you spend to heat and cool your home are staying in your home. Otherwise you might be paying good money to heat and cool your crawlspace or unconditioned attic and even in between walls. Another great job performed by Adrian and Alex from our IAQ team.
