This current new custom home project, nestled in the woods of Fairhaven, Washington, is well underway. As with all of our homes, Advanced Framing, Zip System sheathing, and whole-house water and air filtration systems are standard.

We're excited and proud to announce a new chapter and new growth for Aiki Homes! We've been hard at work, creating a new website and brand that represents who we are now and where Aiki Homes is going as a builder of sustainable, green homes in Whatcom County, WA.

We're also developing new offerings to include ADU's and Tiny Homes (!) -- responding to the growing need for housing options in our impacted area and spaces to put them on. Our ADU's and Tiny Homes will maintain the high standards and sustainable practices we've established in our custom homes and renovations. Stay tuned for updates as first models take shape!
