required new subdrains, a new sump pump with well and the construction of a water
containment and Dissipater on property. All aspects of construction were engineered.

Portable Drilling for Pier Holes that were in accessible do to deck structure being in the way. Holes were 16 inches in diameter and 11 feet in depth. The pier holes will have Steel I' Beams set in concrete with pressure treated laggings to make up the retaining wall.
