Midway through a first-floor renovation, the homeowners decided their upstairs primary bath deserved an update too. The new space has a double vanity topped with a stunning blue stone countertop, plenty of drawer storage, and classic beadboard walls. And wow - that shower!

This sunken sunroom was raised to match the rest of the main floor. That removed a tripping hazard and made room for a proper dining area under all those skylights. It's safer, brighter, and much easier to live in.

This new upstairs laundry space is tucked neatly behind sliding wood-paneled doors. A stacked washer and dryer sits right beside built-in shelves and drawers for supplies. Close the doors, and it disappears.

This shower sits level with the rest of the bathroom floor, so there's nothing to step over. A linear drain along the back wall keeps the water where it belongs. It's easy to use now and for years to come.
