​About the Role

​Are you a skilled driver who doesn't want to just sit behind the wheel all day? We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Class B CDL Driver & Wall Crew Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll get the best of both worlds: hauling wall panels to and from active job sites, and working hands-on with a tight-knit crew when the truck is parked.
​If you are a quick learner who takes pride in a job well done and thrives in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

​What You’ll Do

​Drive: Safely transport wall panels to and from various job sites using our vehicles.
​Build: When you aren't driving, you will step out of the cab and work directly with the wall crew in a collaborative group setting.
​Inspect: Maintain accurate driver logs and ensure the truck and loads are completely secure before hitting the road.

​What We’re Looking For

​Experience Required: Valid Class B CDL (or higher) with a clean driving record, valid medical card, and commercial driving experience.
​Reliability is Key: You must have your own dependable transportation to and from the shop, and a proven track record of being on time (every time).
​Team Player: Willingness to jump in, help the crew, and work effectively in a group setting.
​Adaptability: Hours can vary based on job site locations and project timelines. You should be a quick learner who can adapt to changing daily tasks.
