Last week the JPG Leadership Team conducted its 2023 Q2 EOS meeting to discuss where we are, what rocks had been completed for the quarter, and set new rocks for Q3. With our EOS implementor, Marisa Smith, and one member of the team working remote it was amazing to watch the other team members interact and collaborate as a single functioning unit. We are blessed as a company to have a great team leading us where we want to go. As always, these meetings never disappoint, they always exceed expectations, and after a full day of burning brain cells, an overwhelming sense of accomplishment cannot be avoided.

Another trip to the island of Puerto Rico for a project walk close out with the owner and IHG. Always great to be with a group of people working for a common goal. Blessed to spend the week at Ft Gregg-Adams, VA helping the onsite team cover the work load while another team member got his one week pto after a 6 week turn on duty. If you have never seen a 1001 room Holiday Inn Epress under renovation it is a sight to see. It is amazing to watch all the crews work in unison to get it done. Honored to be here and thankful for everyone involved. Thanks to the IHG staff for continuously clearing the way in front of us and then falling in behind making the rooms ready to rent.

I am honored to have spent the week at Ft Buchanan, Puert Rico. What a great island and a great group of people from IHG to work with. Thank you to the JPG team for working hard on renovating rooms and getting them ready for the next group soldiers and thank you to all the men and women that serve our country. It is blessing to give back to those that give to us.

We did a pre-bid walk last week at the IHG Carolina Inn, Ft Bragg, NC. Nice to be back in the Fayetteville area.
