Here is a new building, 2 story Garage/studio we got to plumb and get a new heat system put in. We paired a gas combi boiler/water heater with an outdoor wood stove, and used cast iron radiators in the upstairs studio for a quiet, cozy heat!

Here’s a project we started last fall! This week we put the final touches on the Plumbing and HVAC system, along with getting gas piping hooked up to a whole house generator. 💧🔥❄️

We put the finishing touches on this new 2 bathroom slab on grade home this week! Forced air duct work installed through the rafters, tied to a propane gas furnace with a modulating Heat pump/Air conditioner.

From our shop in Becida, down to Sauk Centre, MN!

This has been a fun project, still to be completed. Along with a bathroom remodel and getting rid of a tanked eletric water heater, We are converting this home from a central air duct system, to a hydronic Combi boiler system paired with cast iron radiators and cast iron baseboards.

And a multi zone mini split system to be installed in the spring!
