We are scheduling big projects like this for March of 2026- now is the time to get the ball rolling as it can take 10-12 plus weeks to get all plans needed and get permits issued.

The Hereford Addition

We took this simple detached garage and added a second story addition above that features a master bedroom with large windows facing a beautiful Cascade Mountain view, a tile wall accent with reading bench, and a spacious tile bathroom with elegant shower and soaking tub. The 624 SQFT addition also features a guest bedroom, finished storage area, and fully finished and insulated garage. We also built an enclosed breezeway from the house to the garage and stairway that features a black powder-coated custom metal handrail.

We also built a utility room in the garage that has a separate water heater, ducted HVAC system, and stacked washer and dryer hook ups.

We are scheduling large projects for December of this year, and small jobs can be done over the summer in between the big jobs.

Downstairs is a new master bedroom, 3/4 bath, and walk in closet.

The Whitstone Project

We removed the first story trusses and roof system, fortified the foundation, and added a 1500 SQFT 2nd story home addition above!

Second story 1500 SQFT addition:

800 SQFT master with en suite bathroom, with custom tile shower with dual shower heads and walk in closet.

700 SQFT ADU with kitchen, full bath and laundry with personal exterior entrance.

We also updated the first floor with new breakfast bar, relocated laundry, pantry added a breakfast bar and painted the existing kitchen cabinets.

The Hereford Addition

We are adding a 690 SQFT second story addition over this existing detached garage, allowing them to enjoy stunning, million-dollar views of the Cascades! We're also building a breezeway for direct access from the home to the garage and addition above.

They will have a large master suite with spacious master bath. They'll also have a guest bedroom/office space.

Not a bad view from the new master huh?

This 884 SQFT addition is coming along nicely! Roof is going on today, house wrap and windows Friday.

The downstairs will function as a Master Bedroom with full bath and walk in closet. The upstairs will be a bonus room with a half bath and large windows with a great west-facing view for the Griffin family to enjoy.

This was a full inside and out remodel down to studs, and the finished home turned out amazing!

We were able to help this family by rebuilding their pole building after the loss of the original pole structure to a fire. It was an unfortunate situation for the family, but we were able to get their new shop built and finished before the storms started here in Central Oregon.
