🚨 Big News for Bend Property Owners! 🚨

Starting July 18, the City of Bend will officially allow TWO ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units) on one lot! 🙌

Here’s the breakdown:
🏡 One ADU can be up to 800 sq ft
🏠 The second can be up to 500 sq ft
🔗 They can be attached or detached
📏 Standard setbacks, 6’ structure separation & lot coverage rules still apply

💧Good news: Sidewalks, alley improvements, and major utility upgrades are still NOT required—though you may need a larger water meter depending on your provider (City of Bend or Avion).
