I live in a 1920's bungalow and my bathroom was the saddest 1950's hodge-podge when I bought it. The bathroom needed a full gutting, with new wiring, plumbing, fixtures, paint...the works. These homeowners came to us because the upper floor of their home had a really awkward layout and cramped bedrooms.

Building a small addition upstairs allowed us to completely redesign the floor and create an envious primary suite.

We reworked the downstairs as well to create a beautiful and refined living space with connection to a new exterior living space.

This project started with an ADU - not your typical boring, standard unit, though. These homeowners loved it so much, they invited us back to design and build a custom forever home for them.

It was important to them that their new home design blend in with their stylish, custom ADU. They had an art studio, sun room, bunk room and yoga studio on their wish list and we incorporated it all with ideal flow and reasonable footprint in mind.

Their interior design featured bold colors, various textures and found materials, blending them in a cohesive and eclectic design.
