Just about to have our clients move into their new home. Just beautiful! I wonder where would you cook, in the kitchen that features an arched ceiling with clear story windows or perhaps just out the 18' stacking doors on the patio facing an amazing Cascade Range view. Hard to choose for sure.

Just an update on our home currently underway in Ranch at the Canyons. Color coat is going up on the stucco walls-you can see a bit just to the left of the entry. Lots going on inside--setting cabinets, setting tile. The Ranch is a very special place for this beautiful Tuscan home.

Approaching the end of the journey on this home. This gives you a sense of the entry--the front door will be all glass when complete. The recessed area in the front will receive a water feature. Note the deck in the rear --an 18' stacking door leads out from the great room onto this amazing deck. The views of the Cascades are to die for!

As the weather turns more towards summer I get caught up in gardening, cutting grass and tending my small patch of roses and such. Often we take photos of our homes early on after completion before landscapes can develop. Thought you might like to see a "before & after" some gardening. We are building a new home at the Ranch at the Canyons. I was out on site yesterday. You can see the home but the one window view is from the main closet!! No matter which way you look the views take your breath away. I captured the same window from the outside looking towards Monkey Face--amazing!

Each morning I try to get out and ride my bike down by the river. This morning it was especially cold!! So my mind is on getting warm so an oldie but a goodie from this home in Black Butte. While I don't recommend sitting out by the firepit, if you are outside make sure the firepit is 'fired up'!!
Enjoy the day--sun just came out so we are all good.
