Between the rock, the slope, and the layout of the land, getting the septic system in place is taking more than a clean dig and a simple trench.

Long sightlines, fewer visual breaks, better natural light, full height cabinetry, and taller ceilings can all change the way a room feels without changing the actual footprint.
