Our dedicated crew [forty (40) employees] provides Construction Management, Design-Build, Architecture, and Plan & Permit Expediting. Together we deliver between forty (40) to sixty-five (65) projects a year for large corporations to sm
all-business owners! It's important to us to stay within our build specialties: Retail, Restaurant, Grocery, Hospitality, and Office construction. R3 Builders is licensed (with bonding capabilities) in: California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, Utah, New Mexico, and Texas. Additionally, from our corporate headquarters in Benicia, Ca, and Texas facility, we operate West Coast Fixtures. We design, manufacturer, and ship (anywhere) high-quality millwork; wood displays & fixtures, check stands, produce shelving, bakery racks, signs, & chalkboards. While having the capability to have our two (2) businesses working side by side on a given project, allows us optimal quality control of site logistics, millwork, and its installation. It can also be a huge cost savings for the client, ensuring the project's milestone dates get met, and the primary construction schedule is uninterrupted!
