At this lower temperature, the ethyl chloride reaches a higher density, allowing more product to be filled during the bottling process — a simple adjustment that significantly improves efficiency.

One upgrade that made a big difference was Drake's indoor touchscreen interface for monitoring and control. It allows operators to optimize chiller performance from inside the facility, eliminating the need to access the snow-covered rooftop where the unit is installed.
