⚡ May is National Electrical Safety Month ⚡

Midway through the month is a good reminder that electrical hazards can change in an instant — and one shortcut or missed step can have serious consequences. From proper PPE and lockout/tagout procedures to inspecting tools and identifying hazards before work begins, safe electrical practices protect everyone on the jobsite.

As we wrap up OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls, the message doesn’t stop here. Fall protection isn’t a one-week focus—it’s an everyday commitment on every jobsite.

In industrial refrigeration, we face real risks at height. What keeps us safe is consistency:
🔹 Using fall protection every time it’s required
🔹 Keeping equipment inspected and job-ready
🔹 Following procedures—no shortcuts
🔹 Looking out for the person next to you

Right Gear. Right Time. Every Time.

We’re halfway through OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down—and today we’re doubling down on one of the most important parts of fall prevention: wearing the proper gear when it matters most.

In industrial refrigeration, that means:
🔹 Harnesses and tie-offs anytime you’re working at height
🔹 Hard hats, gloves, and eye protection on active jobsites
🔹 Slip-resistant boots for ladders, rooftops, and wet surfaces
🔹 Inspecting all PPE before every use—no exceptions

Gear only works if you wear it—and wear it correctly. Don’t cut corners when it comes to your safety or your crew’s.

Stay sharp. Stay protected. Finish the week strong.

✔ Inspecting ladders, lifts, and harnesses before use
✔ Following site-specific safety procedures
✔ Speaking up and stopping work if something isn’t safe
