JOB SUMMARY:

A dump body distributor seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual to join our professional team as our full-time accounts payable and receivable. This individual will play a vital role in day to day operations by processing daily, weekly, monthly and other financial transactions and reports as assigned. Attention to detail, positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to various tasks outside of the general scope of basic job duties are necessities of this position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficiency with basic office operations vital to day-to-day business including QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, etc.
• Reconciliation of expense reports and other month end closing reports as assigned
• Ability to prioritize duties in a confidential and professional manner.
• Payment of vendor invoices, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase orders, contract, invoice or payment discrepancies
• Accomplishing organizational accounting goals by completing data-entry and reports as assigned
• Organizing and maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable / Receivable experience
• HS Diploma required, college courses and/or degree preferred
• Strong work ethic, organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in accounting software, ex: QuickBooks
• Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, etc.
• Working knowledge of applicable accounts payable / general ledger systems and procedures
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately

SALARY & COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Standard work week will be Monday through Friday, 7:30a – 5p with an hour for lunch.
• Salary range for this position is $16-$17.50+/Hour (DOE)
• Total benefits package includes health, dental, vision, retirement, short term disability, company paid life insurance, 7 paid holidays, 401K, and one week vacation.

JOB SUMMARY:

HilBilt Sales Corp in Benton, AR is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Parts / Service department. This position will perform a variety of internal service and inventory-related duties to ensure efficient, safe and profitable operation of the service department. Duties will be assigned by the Service Manager and will include, but not be limited to, assisting with retail parts sales as well as internal operations.

Candidates MUST have a clean driving record and VALID Arkansas Drivers License.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Ensuring needed parts are provided to mechanics as well as other members of the service department.

· Completing detailed paperwork to document internal transactions between service department and parts department

· Assisting in maintaining a clean and orderly workplace.

· Following prescribed cash, credit and/or check processing procedures as needed while working with parts department.

· Using equipment, ex: company vehicle(s), forklift, overhead crane, etc., and resources safely and proficiently.

· Verifying and receiving documents and packages.

· Various tasks as assigned by Service Manager and/or members of management team.


QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

· Proven industrial parts and internal inventory experience.

· Some experience as a mechanic / install technician is helpful but not required.

· Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.

· Knowledge of general mechanic processes and methods.

· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

· Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 75 pounds and ability to stand for prolonged periods of time as needed.

· Proficient in reading a tape measure.

· Ability to communicate effectively using both verbal and non-verbal methods of communication.

· Basic computer skills.

· Good organizational skills.

· MUST have a valid drivers’ license

JOB SUMMARY:

Currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual to join our team in a custodial / general maintenance position. This individual will play a vital role by taking care of office as well as plant and shop area cleanliness and maintenance. Attention to detail, positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to various tasks are extremely valuable in this position.

Proven work experience in a custodial role is required in this position. Candidates should also have the ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery, have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, have familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets and have the ability to work independently with integrity.

Candidates should be prepared to complete satisfactory drug screening as well as criminal background check.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Clean and supply designated areas. Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning / changing vents, restroom cleaning, etc.

· Office-specific task including, but not limited to, pulling trash, cleaning bathrooms dust mop / mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning glass.

· Shop-specific tasks including, but not limited to, dropping / emptying trash bins, dumping of trash / metal / cardboard in designated bins, checking for trash in and around shop area.

· Outside / Property-specific tasks including, but not limited to, seasonal mowing grass and weed-eating (weekly), picking up trash around the property, cleaning outside windows, sweeping and cleaning outside of building.

· Carrying out tasks as assigned by management.

· Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets.

· Ability to work independently and with integrity.

SALARY & COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

· Salary range for this position is $12-$14/Hour (DOE).

MECHANIC / INSTALLER

JOB SUMMARY:

HilBilt Sales Corp is currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team in a Mechanic / Install Technician position. This position plays a vital role with the company and is essential to support our customers’ needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for layout, wiring and mounting of hoists and custom truck bodies on chassis.

· Setting up and operation of various machinery to cut, bend, saw or punch steel into parts needed for body mounting.

· Completion of mechanic work such as working with hydraulics and mounting PTO (power take offs) and pumps.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

· Proven experience as a mechanic / install technician / machine operator.

· MIG Welding experience is a plus but not a requirement.

· Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems.

· Knowledge of general mechanic processes and methods.

· Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.

· Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
