If you are searching for a solar company to go solar with in Northwest Arkansas, make sure you get a quote from Josh at Ozark Solar. The current deal he has for a 4.8 kw system is $13,300 cash and is the least expensive I could find on original quotes. It won’t last long though. Prices are going up for electricity and for solar. Companies will offer to price match after you get several quotes, but I prefer to get their best deal from the beginning like Ozark Solar does. Josh also does solar loans.

If you are considering buying solar panels for your home in Northwest Arkansas, please get an estimate from at least two different companies. I have found that one company can be thousands of dollars less than another.

Only two and a half months to get the 30% tax credit for putting solar panels on your roof. As long as you pay federal taxes, then it is just like getting 30% rebate on your solar panels that will save you money for the next 30+ years. It's very easy to do. Example of one customer's projection and production: Using solaredge pathfinder software and hardware a projections was given for 3,350 kWh per year for a west facing roof with some shading. The actual production numbers for the last two years were 3,748.88 kWh and 3,493.95 kWh respectively. This is on a 3.05 kW solar panel system. Being west facing gives a decrease in production as well as having trees to shade the roof has a decrease in production. This customer is very pleased.
