🏠 Got a New Roof Recently? Read This!
Most homeowners don’t realize that a brand-new roof can actually fill their gutters faster than an old one.
When asphalt shingles are new, they shed excess granules (the sand-like grit you see in your gutters). Every rainstorm washes some of those granules down, and over time they can build up in your gutters and downspouts.

That’s why I always recommend a DEEP GUTTER CLEANING about 12–18 months after a new roof installation. It helps remove all that accumulated grit before it becomes a bigger problem.
