We are hiring a Sales Representative at Mull Group.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real career in American manufacturing and learn an industry that plays a major role in keeping our country moving.
Mull Group is a family-owned company based in Benwood, West Virginia. Since 1961, we have supported steel mills, heavy manufacturing facilities, and industrial customers with machining, engineering, repair work, castings, assemblies, and critical mill components.
We are looking for someone who is driven, dependable, curious, and willing to learn.
This role will include:
- Working with customers and building sales opportunities
- Following up on repair work and customer needs
- Researching potential new customers
- Cold calling, cold emailing, and building new relationships
- Visiting steel mills and heavy manufacturing facilities
- Overnight travel for customer visits (1-2 weeks per month)
- Learning how to read drawings and understand industrial repair work
You do not need to know everything on day one. We are willing to teach the right person. We can provide technical training through resources like Tooling U to help you learn drawings, manufacturing basics, tooling, and repair work.
That said, the right person needs to be comfortable talking to people, asking questions, following up, learning technical information, and stepping into industrial environments like steel mills and manufacturing plants.
This is not a desk-only sales job. It is a career opportunity for someone who wants to learn how American manufacturing works, build relationships with customers, and be part of a company that makes and repairs tangible products that matter.
