We are a plastic injection molder specializing in small, precision components.

Our experience includes threaded parts, compression tube fittings, engineered materials, insert molding, secondary operations, assembly, and in-house tooling support.

When designing a plastic part, it can be tempting to add material wherever additional strength is needed.

But thicker isn't always better.

Significant wall thickness variations can contribute to:

โ€ข Sink marks
โ€ข Warpage
โ€ข Longer cooling times
โ€ข Increased cycle times
โ€ข Dimensional variation

In many applications, designers can achieve the required strength through properly designed ribs and gussets rather than simply increasing wall thickness.

Good part design isn't just about creating a functional part.

It's about creating a part that can be produced consistently and efficiently.

A well-designed part can help support better quality, lower manufacturing costs, and more repeatable production.

JACO compression tube fittings have built a strong reputation of their own over the years.

They are trusted across a wide range of tubing applications where fit, function, material performance, and reliability matter.

But not every application fits neatly into a standard catalog size or configuration.

That is where custom support can make a difference.

We have worked with customers to develop custom JACO-style compression fittings for their specific applications โ€” keeping the proven JACO compression nut design on one end while creating tooling for the thread, geometry, or connection style needed on the other.

This allows customers to benefit from the familiar JACO compression fitting design while getting a part better suited for their specific system.

These types of custom fitting solutions are where our product experience and custom molding capabilities come together.
