Due to extreme weather it has come to our attention many of you with a whole house humidifier may require an additional maintenance. Typically, one maintenance a year is sufficient but the more the heat runs the more the humidifier runs. Depending on the water quality being provided to the humidifier it can cause a calcium build up that will create blockages. You can check for a calcium build up by removing the front cover or give us a call to schedule an appointment.

Dear Valued O'Neill Customers,
We would like to inform you that due to the extreme heat conditions your air conditioning system does not operate as usual. There is no system that can keep up with a heat wave such as the one we are experiencing today, for the rest of this week and possibly a good part of this summer.
All AC systems, regardless of age are expected to maintain a delta (or difference) of 20 degrees from the outside temperatures. In other words if it is 100 degrees outside chances are you will not get your home or business to maintain below 80 degrees inside. If it is 90 degrees outside you should be able to reach 70 degrees inside.
To prevent system failures we recommend you do not lower the temperature on your thermostat lower than 20 degrees from the outdoor temperature. This may prevent catastrophic AC failures that will leave you with no AC at all.
