You can call it a spec home if you want. You can even call it a “cookie cutter” home. I’ve never seen an affordable home go up in a new neighborhood with porches like this.
Come check out one of the custom inspired homes in the new Village Bertram Neighborhood.

We set out with a mission:
Design affordable homes that include the same traits as our custom home line. We are well on our way to achieving that mission!!

Getting two new home slabs ready for an early morning pour tomorrow.

Lampasas Texas is about to get some new residents. These two homes are going in on neighboring properties so grandma and grandpa can be next to their grandson.

Super excited to see how these turn out.
