Brawco, Inc. BRAWCO, Inc. is a building restoration and waterproofing company for commercial construction. is an acronym for Building Restoration and Waterproofing Company.

was founded by Michael Chandler of Gardendale, Alabama in 1983 and incorporated in 1987. has been a licensed general contractor in Alabama since 1983. Under Michel’s leadership, BRAWCO, Inc. grew from 2 employees to an annual average of 30 employees, and has become one of the premier waterproofing and restoration companies in Alabama. Following his untimely death in November, 1999, his wife, Pam C

handler became actively involved, and served as President and CEO of BRAWCO, Inc. until selling the company in 2011 to pursue other interests. Caroline Bailey purchased the company from Mrs. Chandler and performs the duties of vice president and secretary treasurer. Ry Bailey is the president in charge and handles the day to day operations of the company. BRAWCO, Inc.’s work is self-performed by BRAWCO, Inc. employees, all of whom are highly trained and skilled in our trade. Our superintendents have a combined waterproofing and restoration experience of over 75 years. Brawco, Inc. serves its clients and works throughout the Southeast.

BRAWCO's garden is happy and thriving! We are finally seeing our first squash, assortment of peppers, okra, and giant zucchini. We are waiting patiently for our watermelon, cantaloupe, eggplant, tomatoes, and more to flourish! Check out the before and after pictures taken just a few weeks apart.

We love our garden at BRAWCO not only because it yields such amazing vegetables and fruit, but also because all of the fresh produce is available daily for any of the BRAWCO staff to take home and eat!
