Here are a bunch of random photos I had taken throughout the length of the project.

It gives you a better idea of how much work was really involved. This house has been torn down to the studs, and then most of them were even replaced. The floor was leveled, all new flooring, all new electrical, plumbing, hvac, windows, doors, trim, cabinets, countertops, showers, bathtubs, faucets, appliances, roof, concrete, new garage out back, fencing. The entire property was refurbished to create this masterpiece. We kept a few different items the same, like the brick fireplace, and chimney stack in the kitchen, not all of the exterior siding got replaced but a lot of it did. This is a very beautiful home. I just thought you would enjoy some of the before & after photos as well as the video I posted before. Thank you all for your support!

Below I have attached a short video of a beautiful remodel we recently completed.
We were lucky enough to work on this throughout the beginning of the covid pandemic, and not have to actually be around a lot of people and risk our health.

We worked alongside some very talented individuals, and we worked as a team to handle the project in the safest manner. It all turned out just perfect. The clients were thrilled to get the property on the market.

Hey guys, check out this Full exterior remodel project we just completed. All new sheathing, waterproof barrier, new fascia, soffit, and siding! Painted it with Sherwin Williams super paint, and a 55 year rated caulking. It matches the main house perfectly now, and is built to last. The homeowner was very pleased. We got it completed just in time before the rain moved in. We actually had rain gear on for the last few hours!

Talk about an upgrade.
This is a bathroom we recently remodeled for one of the 5 nursing homes we take care of.
The residents and staff loved it and went ahead and had our company remodel the other shower as well! You can’t beat the quality of work or the LIFETIME WARRANTY when you properly install the schluter shower system. We are beyond proud to be able to bring some happiness and joy to the residents that use these showers daily. We were overwhelmed with compliments and satisfaction.

Hey Guys! Just wanted to share the current project we’re starting. Back in November we rebuilt a staircase and an out door deck for a good client of ours. His brother needed a longer landing on the top platform because he’s in a wheelchair and they have a model train room they like to play with in the second story. They’re getting an elevator installed, but the original design they wanted isn’t quite wide enough for him. We’re headed out to widen the top landing an additional 6 feet now. I will post completion photos when we get it all finished up. Here are some of the before & after photos of the original portion.
