Tuesday Update!

We are rolling out early and will be catching everything we can. Please, have your drive clear and a path to your tank free of obstacles. We are so appreciative of you and your hard work to keep our guys safe. They are doing a great job! Please, say thanks to them in the comments. They love to hear it! Stay warm, friends!

Friends, I have many updates for you today. Please, be sure to read this post in its entirety.

First, THANK YOU for choosing us as your propane supplier. We honestly couldn’t do any of this work without you. Your patience, kindness, and loyalty mean so much to us.

Second, if you have called and ordered propane, you are on our list. We are out making deliveries today in the snow and will get to you, albeit at a slower pace. An important note if you are awaiting your delivery is to have your drive cleared for us. We can’t see where the ditches are from drifts, nor obstacles in your yard. So, to keep us from puncturing tires and getting stuck, have a clear path into your place and to your propane tank. We’d appreciate it so much!

Third, our bottle station is open and fully operable. We are pumping plenty of bottle gas and we don’t run out. Temperatures are cold so please be patient if our attendant needs to warm up inside or have a break. I will continue to update the line length in the comments as I’ve done previously.

Fourth, a special shout out Eli Kidwell at Tony Kidwells Truck & Tractor for clearing Waco Road and the Zienteks at Michael’s Truck Repair for clearing their parking lot for our transport deliveries. These transport deliveries are essential for keeping gas in our tanks so we can continue to keep propane delivered to our customers. Our community is truly top notch!

It’s the weekend! We are still catching calls today. If you have called in and ordered propane, you’ve been caught or we will be catching you soon. The guys have been working OT for days to catch every call we’ve received. They’re doing a dang good job! We sure are proud of them and their hard work. We will be open today from 8 to 12 for bottles and to answer the phones. You can message us here on Facebook anytime and I will respond when I can. Thanks, friends! Stay warm!!

Good Friday morning, friends! We’ve made it to the first day of our winter storm event. You have to be prepared. These temperatures are going to be frigid for longer than this weekend and another chance of wintery precip is on the forecast for next weekend. If you have called in and placed an order for propane, you are on our list. Please, have your exact percentage in your tank. It helps us schedule your deliveries. We are catching everything we can. The snow will slow us down, but we will get to everyone.

Your kindness goes miles with the office staff and our drivers. Thank you so much for your patience during this time! We appreciate you all so much.

One more thing, if you are coming to our office location, please do not block our driveways. Pull to the right so we can get in and out. Do not block our storage tanks for our drivers or transport drivers. We have an entrance and an exit. Pull in the east drive and exit to the west. The wait will be long, but you will be helped. I will try to update the comments with how many vehicles are in line. Stay warm, friends!!
